Shipping & Returns
DOMESTIC (U.S.) SHIPPING
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Florida to anywhere within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1 – 3 business days and ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Priority Mail Shipping- see rates (1-3 business days)
Overnight Shipping - see rates (next business day)
*We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or AE addresses.
Please allow 14 business days for international shipments. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. These fees must be paid for the order to be released by customs.
Please note: We do not ship on holidays or weekends.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item in its original packaging with tags attached within 14 days of delivery and we will provide you with a refund, exchange or online store credit that you can use anytime. Items that do not meet the criteria are non-returnable and will be denied.

- All items purchased with the use of a promo code are final sale
- Returns must be in original condition, with tags attached
- Returns must be unworn, unwashed, free of scents and resalable
- Returns must email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for Return Authorization (RA). Please include your full name, order number and reason for returning. Order number can be found on your invoice. Please allow 14 days to process. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping.
Shipping charges are not refundable
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.
Non-Returnable Items Some items are non-returnable due to either health and safety concerns, or the classification of the item and items marked as non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Products In the event you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please notify us at email@example.com within 5 business days of receiving your merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage.
